Childhood and early work
I am Laith, born in 1984, and I come from a middle-income family. I have a wonderful mother and father who both had government jobs and are now retired. I am the second in a family of six brothers. I lived a normal childhood and passed the primary and secondary levels with distinction. I started working when I was eleven years old, helping my father with car maintenance, then I worked in wrapping houses. I always sought to secure my needs and the needs of my family.
Facing reality
My dream was to enter the Faculty of Medicine, but I did not achieve the required grade, so I entered the Faculty of Science. I became attached to a girl and fell in love with her, but my financial situation and that of my family did not allow me to take this step, so I decided to emigrate to improve my financial situation and return. While planning to immigrate, a friend of mine invited me to a network marketing opportunity, and a new phase in my life began.
My journey into network marketing
At the beginning of 2007, my friend offered me a network marketing opportunity after learning of my urgent need for money. He asked me if I was still thinking about emigrating and told me that I could make the amount I needed, $20,000, through this opportunity. At first, I felt suspicious and laughed hysterically because my friend himself was experiencing financial difficulties. He talked to me about the idea of network marketing, the company, the products, and the profit plan, but I was not convinced.
Shift in thinking
While we were working together in the home building business, the person who offered him a network marketing opportunity called him, which sparked my interest. I began to seriously consider the opportunity and wondered if I could put together the $1,000 needed to get started. I finally decided to give myself a chance to understand this opportunity more deeply, and told my friend that I was ready to get started.
Prepare the amount and go
I started to collect the necessary amount, and I faced difficulties in borrowing from people around me, as some did not want to lend me and others did not have the money. I was frustrated but decided not to give up. After many attempts, I was able to collect the required amount. On October 9, 2007, I purchased the product and began my network marketing journey.
How a wrong start turned into a right one
The beginning and challenges
When I started in network marketing, I faced major financial challenges, as I only had five dollars and needed to buy a notebook for three dollars. I felt doubts and hesitations about the feasibility of the work. I tried to talk to my family and those close to me about the opportunity, but I did it the wrong way, arousing their ridicule and suspicion.
I started by taking business basics and writing down a list of my contacts. I had difficulty writing down 500 names until I got help from a coach. I also wrote a list of goals that included paying off debts, buying a car and a house, and proposing to the girl I loved.
Perseverance and the turning point
I started marketing the product to people close to me instead of strangers, as I did not have enough experience. I invited four close friends and one of my relatives to work with me, but the family circumstances were difficult because the house had become the center of work, which caused the family to complain. I decided to keep going no matter what it cost me.
I started implementing the loops of influence strategy, and the work gradually began to improve. After about a month, word of mouth started spreading about me among subscribers, and I received a call from my senior partner inviting me to speak at a symposium about this strategy.
Success and growth
After that seminar, my business started to grow, and I won my first check of $500. That was a defining moment in my life, and I felt very proud. My profits began to skyrocket, and I finished the first year with a profit of a quarter of a million dollars. After paying off my debts, I started buying my urgent needs and helped some people close to me.
Spread and expansion
The work began to develop gradually, and I moved from place to place and from one country to another, sharing the strategy of the circles of influence and the importance of implementing it. The business continued to grow, and my story became an inspiration to others. In the end, I realized that personal success helps you be a strong person, and reveals the truth about the people around you.
